– a seguito di legittima richiesta da parte dell’autorità giudiziaria;

– per l’esecuzione di controlli di sicurezza o di ottimizzazione del sito.

In nessun caso i dati personali verranno ceduti o venduti a soggetti terzi.

I dati raccolti dal sito/APP sono trattati presso la sede del Titolare del Trattamento e presso la sede del R.P.D. che elabora i dati per conto del titolare, si trova nello Spazio Economico Europeo e agisce in conformità delle norme europee.
I dati personali degli utenti, potrebbero essere trattati al di fuori dell’area dell’Unione Europea, in particolare:

               – per essere trattati da alcuni fornitori di servizi di Bagoff di Carleo Marco, che svolgono funzioni strettamente connesse e strumentali all’operatività del servizio di Bagoff di Carleo Marco;

               – il sito potrebbe condividere alcuni dei dati raccolti con servizi effettuati da Google e Facebook tramite i social plugin ed il servizio di Google Analytics.

 Il trasferimento è autorizzato in base a specifiche decisioni dell’Unione Europea e del Garante per la tutela dei dati personali, in particolare la decisione 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield), per cui non occorre ulteriore consenso. Le aziende sopra menzionate garantiscono la propria adesione al Privacy Shield.

8. MISURE DI SICUREZZA

Trattiamo i dati dei visitatori/utenti in maniera lecita e corretta, adottando le opportune misure di sicurezza volte ad impedire accessi non autorizzati, divulgazione, modifica o distruzione non autorizzata dei dati.
