Contact customer service before the delivery time

You can claim your baggage that was not collected in time within 5 days after the scheduled collection date. BAGOFF will dispatch the baggage to the address indicated by you. See Terms and Conditions.

If your chosen collector allows it (see opening hours) you can drop off your baggage at any time before your reservation

For security reasons, only the person making the booking may check in/pick up luggage

It is not possible to contact the collector/depot, please contact customer service who will answer any questions.

Bags, suitcases – including hand luggage – or parcels, small and medium-sized packages, weighing no more than 50 KG each. See Terms and Conditions.

Up to 50kg, the cost of the service remains the same regardless of the size of your baggage.
